TOWNVILLE, SC (WSPA) – Townville Elementary student’s homes were sent a voicemail through the alert system that they use to communicate with parents that the school will not reopen until Thursday October 6.
Grief counselors will be brought in to train teachers with what they need to know for the students who will be returning and answering questions on Tuesday.
There will be a larger law enforcement presence during the week at the school and on the playground to help reassure students and parents.
