Moore, SC – An Italian manufacturing company, Ritrama, is bringing a $85 million facility and 150 jobs to the Moore area in Spartanburg County.
Ritrama is a company that manufactures pressure sensitive adhesive materials.
The production plant will be a 350,000 square foot facility that will house advanced robotics for internal logistics and packaging and also be used for automated storage as well as a retrieval system for the company’s warehousing needs.
This facility coming to Moore will be used to serve logistic functions for distribution not only in North America, but also Central and South America as well. It will also serve as the North American headquarters for Ritrama.
The building will be located near the intersection of I-26 and Highway 221 in Moore. It is expected to be built and operational just over a year from now.
Hiring for this facility will begin late this year and into 2017. ReadySC and SC Works will assist in the recruitment process.
