(WSPA)— The Greenville County Fire Chief’s Association announced Thursday that 45 Greenville County firefighters rescue technicians and six Greenville County deputies will be deployed to Columbia, Friday.
These local officials are deployed to help in the Hurricane Matthew response.
Greenville County’s Fire chiefs wants the public to know that fire protection in the county will not be affected because there are multiple departments that could respond to an emergency situation.
