RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — State officials in North Carolina say at least 11 people have died because of Hurricane Matthew.
The Division of Emergency management said Monday that nine of the 10 victims died in vehicle related accidents.
One person died in a house fire that was storm-released.
The names of the victims have not been released.
