INDIAN TRAIL, N.C. (WBTV/WSPA) – WBTV reports that a man is facing charges after deputies say he wore clown makeup and was carrying a hatchet at a gas station Sunday evening.
They say the 20-year-old, Travis Quenton Pressley, was acting suspicious and was wearing dark clothes, a toboggan and clown paint on his face.
When deputies arrived at the gas station, Pressley had already left, WBTV reports.
They found Pressley nearby, and investigators say he was carrying a backpack that held a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a hatchet.
Pressley was arrested for trespassing, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, WBTV reports.
