ARDEN, N.C. (WSPA) – Drivers can learn more about major changes on the way for Interstate 26 Thursday.
There’s a proposal to widen roughly 22 miles of the North Carolina side, costing more than $400 million.
That construction would be from U.S. 25 near Hendersonville to I-40/240, south of Asheville.
A public hearing is being held Thursday at the Biltmore Baptist church on Clayton road in Arden.
The program will be an open house from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
