GREENWOOD, SC (WSPA) – A Greenwood man has been arrested after police say he installed a camera in the bedroom of his girlfriend’s daughter.
50-year-old Darin Eugene Pinkney was charged with Voyeurism after the victim’s brother saw the video feed of his sister’s room on a computer Pinkney had inside a shed, according to the report.
The victim, her brother, and mother discovered a small white digital camera in the attic and gave it to investigators.
Police were told that Pinkney was the only person that had access to the shed and he keeps it locked with a padlock. The shed also had wires leading to several cameras outside the house, according to the report.
Deputies say Phillip Stroupe II took off into the woods Saturday following a police chase.
