SPARTANBURG, SC (WSPA) – As first reported by 7 Sports Thursday afternoon, the SEC has announced that LSU vs. Florida football game, postponed last Saturday due to Hurricane Matthew, has been rescheduled for Saturday, November 19, at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge under the terms of an agreement announced by SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey.
This impacts Presbyterian College as the Blue Hose have been bought out of their game scheduled that day in Gainesville for $500,000, according to PC athletic director Brian Reese.
The Blue Hose now hope to play at S. Alabama that day, which was scheduled to play at LSU.
