BELTON, S.C. (WSPA) – A woman has died four days after an attempted murder suicide incident at a home in Anderson County.
The incident happened around 5:30 a.m. Monday at a home on 217 Oak Drive in Belton, police say.
Belton Police Chief Tommy Clamp says the woman’s boyfriend was found dead at the scene.
The chief thinks this was a domestic incident.
Officers arrived at the home where a resident told them that his daughter had been shot.
Officers found a man and woman locked inside a bedroom.
The boyfriend, Jean Cesar, 47, was dead from a self inflicted gunshot wound.
The woman, Takeshia Jamison, 39, was taken to the hospital with several gunshot wounds and died Friday.
