OCONEE CO., SC (WSPA) – An inmate at the Oconee Co. Detention Center assaulted a corrections officer, according to South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED).
The report says Kenneth Strother Collins, Jr. of Walhalla is charged with Assault and Battery – 3rd degree.
They say that is a misdemeanor with a penalty of a fine of $500, 30 days in prison or both.
