SIMPSONVILLE, SC (WSPA)– A body was found in an abandoned home in the woods on Southeast Main Street in Simpsonville.
Simpsonville Police were notified about the “suspicious death” around 1 a.m., Wednesday.
Someone found the body in the old abandoned house that has been vacant for years, police say.
The person called police soon after the body was found.
The coroner says it is a woman’s body.
