SPARTANBURG, SC (WSPA) – A woman was charged with DUI after crashing her car off Business 85 onto a frontage road before it caught fire.
The driver, 45-year-old Katherine Denise Segars of Greenville was charged with DUI second offense and was taken to the hospital after the crash, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
The crash happened just before 12:15 p.m. near the interchange of I-85 and Business 85.
Highway Patrol says Segars remains in the hospital.
