CALHOUN FALLS, SC (WSPA) – Calhoun Falls council voted to fire police chief J.T. Galloway, Tuesday evening, according to the city.
Council voted unanimously to fire the chief and no reason was given for the firing.
Councilwoman Mindy Rogers is quoted by the Index-Journal as saying, “”All I can say is that is was in the best interest of the town.”
Galloway was previously fired by the mayor in February 2015 before being rehired two months later.
