SPARTANBURG, SC (WSPA) – A Pacolet man is accused of child sex crimes with 3 little girls in Spartanburg County, according to deputies.
The report says the victim’s mother reported the abuse to police.
The warrant says the suspect masturbated in front of a 4 and 6-year-old.
He is also accused of sexual battery by penetration of a child younger than 11 years old.
The warrants say the crimes happened between September 2014 and September 2016.
Matthew Clarence Elzie Goode, 32, is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with minor under 11 years of age, and two counts each of criminal solicitation of a minor.
A magistrate court judge denied bond for Goode on Tuesday. Due to the charges, Goode must appear in circuit court where a judge will decide to set bond.
