GREER (WSPA) – Three Greenville County District schools are off partial lockdown Wednesday morning.

Greer High School, Greer Middle School and Crestview Elementary School were on partial lockdown according to the district.

That means no one is allowed in or out of the building, but everything in the school operates normally.

Greer Police say they have arrested Adrian McDuffie, 23.

They say McDuffie was in an argument around Crestview Elementary on American Legion Road just after 8:00 am Wednesday.

Police say McDuffie left the scene when they arrived.

That’s when they determined he has two active warrants with Greer Police for assault and battery third degree and discharging a weapon in the city.

GPD officers advised the schools go on partial lockdown.
