(Greenville, S.C) – Working for Todd Kohlhepp was not a pleasant experience, according to one of his former employees.
The woman, who asked 7 News to conceal her identity, says Kohlhepp hired her in 2011, a few years after he started his real estate business.
She says he repeated sexually harassed her and often spoke of the Apocalypse, building a survival bunker and guns and ammunition. The environment become so difficult that she quit within three weeks.
The woman who works in the Upstate as a real estate agent says she is still troubled by her connection to him.
“You never want to think that you knew somebody who was a serial killer and that you were ever in contact with them,” she said.
The woman plans to speak to investigators working the Kohlhepp case. Spartanburg County Sheriff Chuck Wright is asking anyone who had any encounters with him to contact his office.
