HOMESTEAD, P.A. (WCBD) — Authorities are responding to a reported incident at a mental health facility where a man is inside reportedly with a gun.
Shots have been fired and two people are confirmed wounded at the Turtle Creek Mental Health Facility, according to WPXI.
Live aerials from the scene show a person being taken out on a stretcher at 3:20 p.m.
Authorities say a man, armed with a gun, is on the fifth floor and negotiators are at the scene, according to WPXI’s Damany Lewis.
Parts of the building were evacuated, but some people remained inside as of 2:50 p.m.
