CHARLESTON, SC (WSPA) – The competency hearing in the Dylann Roof trial has been rescheduled and it will be a closed hearing, according to the US District Court.
The hearing is scheduled now for Monday, Nov. 21 at 9 a.m.
The press releases says the delay was to give parties adequate time to study the court-appointed examiner’s report.
The judge has order the hearing will be close.
Jury selection is scheduled to resume on Nov. 28.
The courtroom is still being determined.
