UNION, S.C. (WSPA)- An inmate is facing a contraband charge after officers say they found combs on him, that were made into sharp objects.
The inmate had two black combs, which had been modified “to be used as a cutting instrument”, according to the report from the Union County Sheriff’s Office.
It happened at the Union County jail on Saturday.
Carl Lester Warner, 62, was charged with possession of contraband in county jail.
According to jail records, Warner was in jail charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
