SPARTANBURG, SC (WSPA) – A woman said a man in a car pointed a gun at her outside the food court entrance at Westgate Mall.
A police report says the incident happened around 5 p.m. Saturday.
The woman told police that she was driving down an aisle near the food court.
She says she got to the main traffic aisle and a man in the aisle stopped, blew his horn and pointed a gun at her.
She says the man started shouting at her from inside the vehicle.
The suspect is described as a heavy-set white man, 40 to 50 years old with thinning dark hair. He was wearing sunglasses and driving a tan sedan, possibly a Toyota or Nissan, according to the report.
The woman said her mom, dad and brother were in the car with her when it happened.
