GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) – The coroner has released the name of a Greenville man who died after being struck by a car Tuesday evening.
The Greenville County coroner says Martex Lamont Cruell, 24, died at the scene.
It happened around 6:40 p.m. Tuesday in the 2800 block of White Horse Road in Greenville.
The coroner says Cruell died of blunt force trauma and that it was an accident.
Troopers say the 24-year-old died at the scene around 6:40 p.m. Tuesday.
The driver of the car was not injured in the crash.
The crash is under investigation by the S.C. Highway Patrol.
