(WSPA) — Seegars Fence Company of Spartanburg is suing for the remainder of their bill owed by suspected serial killer Todd Kohlhepp for fence work around his 95-acre property in Woodruff.
Kohlhepp hired Seegars to put up fence on the backside of his property in late October. Lawyers for the company say workers were finishing up the job on Nov. 3, 2016 when deputies found Kala Brown chained in a storage container.
According to the debt collection suit, Kohlhepp owes $11,286 for the remainder of the bill. According to the bill, he paid a down payment of $3,762.
Kohlhepp has been charged with 7 counts of murder in the deaths of four victims from Superbike Motorsports in 2003, Meagan and Johnny Coxie, and Charlie Carver.
Police in Tempe, Arizona are also investigating if any of their unsolved homicides are connected to Kohlhepp.
Seegars Fence has 17 locations from Virginia to Upstate South Carolina.
