SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) Spartanburg Water said that lanes will be closed as crews replace aging pipes.
The first phases of two major projects to improve infrastructure starts Monday. While the new waterlines are installed, there will be single-lane traffic at two intersections at East Pearl Street and Edgewood Avenue from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and at Drayton Road and Milliken Street from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Traffic should return to normal within 10 business days, officials said.
