2 sticks butter (softened)
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups of flour
1tsp almond extract
1/2 cup raspberry preserves(put in a squeeze bottle for easy use)
Mix butter, sugar and almond extract together until creamy add in flour until dough forms.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoon on to pan use cup to lightly push down each cookie. The fun part take your thumb add an indention into the middle of each cookie add your raspberry to the middle and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes until edges are slightly brown.
