GREENVILLE Co., S.C. (WSPA) — A man was shot to death at his home on Cox Street, according to the Greenville County coroner.
The shooting happened around 3:30 a.m. Thursday.
Clinton Pearson, 49, was shot several several times, according to the coroner’s office.
His death has been ruled a homicide.
A man at the scene tells 7 News that he was inside the home when there was a shooting and he ran and hid in a bedroom.
The shooting remains under investigation by the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office.
