4 arrested on meth charges in Hendersonville

HENDERSONVILLE, NC (WSPA) – Henderson Co. deputies say they have arrested four people on meth related charges in two separate incidents.

Deputies served a warrant on Leslie Way in Hendersonville on Feb. 13.
Adam J. Lopez, 29, of Hendersonville was arrested and released on a $13,700.00 secured bond.
He is charged with the following:

· One felony count of possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine
· One felony count of maintaining a dwelling for controlled substance
· One misdemeanor count, possession of marijuana
· One misdemeanor count, possession of drug paraphernalia
· One misdemeanor count, resisting a public official

On February 9, 2017, Henderson County Sheriff’s deputies and NC Probation officers responded to complaints of drug activity and conducted a search at 229 Substation Street in Hendersonville. They say the following arrests were made:

Alvin Eugene Miller, age 47

· One felony count of trafficking methamphetamine
· One felony count of maintaining a dwelling for controlled substance
· One felony count of possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine
· One misdemeanor count, possession of drug paraphernalia

Miller is being held in the Henderson County Jail on a $53,000.00 secured bond.

April Lynn Holloway, age 37

· April Lynn Holloway, age 37
· One felony count of possession of methamphetamine
· One misdemeanor count, possession of marijuana
· One misdemeanor count, possession of drug paraphernalia

Holloway is being held in the Henderson County Jail on an $8,000.00 secured bond.

· Victoria Corn Cabral, age 44
· One felony count of possession of methamphetamine
· One felony count, fugitive from justice/extradition (Florida)

Cabral is being held in the Henderson County Jail on a $36,000.00 secured bond.
