UNION, S.C. (WSPA) — Union Police say a teen threatened to bring guns to school after failing a test.
Austin Eugene Roark of Union has been charged with threatening the life of a public official.
The 18-year-old allegedly said he was going to bring guns to Union County High School after a teacher gave him a zero on a test that he cheated on, according to an arrest warrant.
Roark and another student received failing grades after they were caught cheating on a test last week, a police report reports.
Roark reportedly told the teacher he was returning to the school with guns.
