GREENVILLE CO., SC (WSPA) – Greenville Co. Schools says three buses from Chandler Creek Elementary were on their way back from Charleston yesterday afternoon on I-26 when traffic came to a stop because of a hail storm.
When traffic began to move, a semi-truck in front of one of the buses reversed instead of moving forward, according to the school.
They say the truck bumped into the front of one of the buses.
No students were hurt, according to the school district.
They say two buses on the trip combined students so one bus could come back to the scene and pick up students.
They say parents were notified about the bus delay and were informed about the minor accident when they arrived at the school.
