EASLEY, SC (WSPA) – A woman was shot in the head at her home and one person is in custody, according to Easley Police.
They say it happened just before 9 a.m. on North 4th St. on Friday morning.
Police say they victim was in the front yard when they got there.
She was alert and conscious and taken to the hospital with a head wound.
Easley Police have arrested Jennifer Ray Jordan and charged her with Attempted Murder, Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime, and Possession of a Stolen Pistol.
Jordan lived at the home where the shooting happened.
Jordan has been taken to the Easley Law Enforcement Center awaiting a bond hearing.
