SPARTANBURG, SC (WSPA) – The Spartanburg Police Department says they will conduct traffic checkpoints and other traffic enforcement the week of March 13th.
They say drivers will be asked to provide their driver’s license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance.
Officers will also address seatbelt and child restraint violations, accoriding to a news release.
They say all public safety checkpoints are conducted as part of the Highway Safety Grant.
Our goal is to reduce the number of vehicle collisions and aggressive driving incidents, according to police.
