(WSPA) — Here’s a look at what’s happening this weekend in the Upstate.
The NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament is happening at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in downtown Greenville. There are games today and Sunday. On Saturday, a Fanfest for the tournament will be held on Main Street in downtown Greenville. They’ll have basketball courts set up, along with games, contests, food trucks and drinks.

Wear your green and walk or run for the St. Paddy’s Day Dash and Bash. The 5k benefits local children’s charities. It’s happening tomorrow in Greenville. You can still register for the race in the morning as long as you get there between 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. It will cost you $35 to participate. The race kicks off at 8:30 a.m. and stick around for the “bash.”

Today is St. Patrick’s Day and a celebration is planned in downtown Spartanburg. The Hub City Block Party from 3 to 10 p.m. tonight. There will more than 30 vendors, live music on two stages, art demonstrations and craft beer gardens. Organizers say it’s a family friendly event with entertainment for all ages.
Main Street Fridays returns to Noma Square tonight. The weekly music series happens every Friday night from now through September. It starts at 5:30 p.m. and wraps at 9:30 p.m. They’ll have inflatables and other activities for kids too. Click here for details.
