Adult spelling bee to benefit literacy classes in Greenville

(WSPA) — Greenville Literacy Association will hold an adult spelling bee from 6 to 9 p.m. March 30.

Bee a Better Greenville is a fundraiser to benefit literacy and English classes. Proceeds help the Greenville Literacy Association, which serves about 1,400 people at facilities in Greenville, Greer and Simpsonville.

Larkins Sawmill will host the event providing food and drinks.

The cost is $25 to watch the bee and includes cocktail hour and food.

You can enter the Bee as a corporate sponsor, enter as an individual for $1,500 as a team of four or buy an audience ticket.
