COLUMBIA, SC (WSPA) – South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) says two former employees accused of stealing traffic signal equipment have pled guilty.
They stole the equipment from SCDOT and sold them for personal financial gain, according to SCDOT.
They say it is part of a multi-year investigation after allegations of wrong-doing were reported to the State Law Enforcement Division.
Deputies says the break-in happened on Morgan Creek Drive in the Earles Grove Community near Fair Play on June 22.
A man is under arrest after McDowell Co. Deputies say he had a stolen motorcycle, guns, meth and marijuana.
The robbery happened around 9:36 p.m. Tuesday at the Kangaroo at 2050 S. Pine St., according to a police report.
A woman has been arrested after threatening to blow up a Quik Trip gas station, according to an incident report.
Police say one person has been shot in Anderson, Tuesday night.
