Crews respond to house fire on Ferguson Rd. in Greenville Co.

GREENVILLE CO., S.C. (WSPA) – More than a dozen firefighters worked to extinguish a house fire Sunday.

Flames were coming through the roof of the house on Ferguson Road when firefighters arrived.

South Greenville Fire Chief Ken Taylor said the call came in at around 10 p.m. Sunday.

No injuries were reported.

The fire rekindled Monday morning. Crews had to wait until daylight to investigate due to the heavy damage.

Chief Taylor said the fire remains under investigation as of Wednesday and has been turned over to the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office.
