SENECA, SC (WSPA) – An Seneca woman is accused of cutting a man’s neck during an argument, according to Oconee Co. Sheriff’s Office.
They say it happened Friday morning (3/24) on Owens Rd.
Amber Lynn Menning, 38, of Powell St. is charged with Domestic Violence – High and Aggravated.
She is in the detention center on a $25,000 surety bond.
Deputies say Menning went to the victim’s home and knocked on the window.
The victim went outside and an argument started, according to the report.
They say Menning had brought some items that belonged to the victim.
When the victim took the items and started to walk away, Menning cut him on the neck.
The victim was taken to the hospital and treated.
