Spartanburg County deputies were called to an apartment on Seminole Drive on Friday, about a disturbance with weapons.
Once they arrived, they found the owner of the home, who said his ex-girlfriend Jaquata Garrett was inside, destroying items in his home.
The man said he had been receiving texts and phone calls from Garrett saying that she was destroying things inside his home.
Witnesses on scene say when they arrived, Garrett swiped the front of the witnesses car, and then backed up, ramming the car again.
Officers say when they arrived, they found the Air Conditioning Unit kicked in the window. The contents of the refrigerator were sprawled on the floor.
A speaker set, entertainment set, and TV were thrown on the floor, destroyed. A fish tank was also found smashed on the floor, with water and fish everywhere, according to deputies.
“The entire house was in disarray.” said deputies.
Garrett was charged with three counts of assault and battery 1st degree, two counts of malicious injury to property, burglary 1st degree, and high and aggravated domestic violence.
