Emily’s events for weekend of April 1-2

(WSPA) — Here’s a look at some of the events happening in the area the weekend of April 1 and 2.

You can find who makes the best burger out at the fourth annual Cribbs Kitchen Burger Cook-Off. There are fifteen teams competing this year and some are chefs, some are amateurs. You can sample all of their creations tomorrow from noon until 5 p.m. and benefits Children’s Security Blanket. They’ll also have special guests, live music and activities for kids.

Zoom Through the Zoo is Greenville’s only race that takes you through the Greenville Zoo. It’s happening tomorrow morning at 8:30. It’s a 5K and you can still register tomorrow morning at 7:30 for $35.

The third annual iMAGINE Upstate Festival is coming back to downtown Greenville tomorrow from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. It’s a great event for the whole family and it’s free. They’ll have drone races, rockets launching, gadgets and science experiments. The exhibits stretch down Main Street from Augusta Street to Flour Field. Click here for more information.
