GREENVILLE CO., S.C. (WSPA) – Authorities say a man was killed after he was hit by a car on S. Pleasantburg Drive.
The accident happened around 8:21 p.m. Sunday.
Troopers say the pedestrian attempted to cross the road in front of someone headed south on Pleasantburg Drive.
The coroner’s office said the 61-year-old man died at the scene from blunt force trauma.
His death has been ruled an accident.
