New study shows too much sitting negates exercise

(WSPA) –A new study shows sitting too much is bad for you, even if you exercise.

Researchers looked at more than 40 studies and found that the more you sit, the greater risk of you developing heart disease, cancer and type 2 diabetes.

So what do you do if you are stuck at your desk all day? Experts recommend standing up throughout the day and park far away from entrances so you’ll have to walk more.
