Wu’s Cajun Seafood Brings Asian Cajun Fusion to Greenville

An unlikely combination is about to come to life in the Greenville food scene: Asian-Cajun! First to bring the food fusion concept to downtown Greenville is Wu’s Cajun Seafood, managed by the Bottle Cap Group based in Charlotte. With one other location there in Charlotte, the restaurant specializes in dishes like the “Gumbo Ramen,” a noodle bowl full of Louisiana andouille sausage, crawfish, egg and a little Asian flair.
