Wells Fargo glitch processed bill payments twice for some customers


(CBS News) – Wells Fargo customers who are signed up for automatic online bill pay may have woke up to a zero balance in their bank account.

Reports say a glitch caused some online bill payments to be processed twice.

Customers took to social media to report long wait times when they called the bank’s customer service line.

The bank tweeted that it is working to resolve the issue.
