2 injured after shooting in Easley

EASLEY, SC (WSPA) – Police in Easley say two people were shot at a home on Coconut Street Monday night.

Police say they received a 911 call just after 9:00pm from a woman who said that she and her fiance had been shot.

Easley Police believe one or more people entered the home and fired multiple times, hitting a man and woman.

The man was shot multiple times while the woman was shot in the leg, according to Chief Tim Tollison.

Both victims were taken to the hospital for their injuries. The woman’s injuries do not appear to be life threatening, according to investigators.

The man’s condition is not known at this time.

Two other people were in the home at the time of the shooting but were not hurt.

There is no word yet on any suspects in the shooting.
